Established in 2015, our objective is to achieve innovation and excellence within the property and building sectors. By combining our experience, business strategies, and values we consistently exceed expectations.
WEM3 is fully licenced and accredited to undertake architectural design and construction works. Our founding director, Justin Smith has over 20 years experience in the construction industry which includes the following disciplines: architectural design, drafting, structural design, interior design, urban design, and project management. Justin has also worked in local government and understands the intricacies associated with regulatory requirements and council approval processes.
